Hani holds many academic and professional qualifications, including a master’s degree in financial management, a bachelor’s degree in accounting and auditing, and holds an International Arab Certified Public Accountant (IACPA) license from the International Arab Society of Certified Accountants (IASCA) – Talal Abu Ghazaleh. Member of the Yemeni Association of Certified Public Accountants (YACPA). He holds a certified accountant’s license from the Ministry of Industry and Trade with No. (1662). He holds many local and Arab courses in the field of auditing and performance evaluation.
He has more than 20 years of practicing the profession of auditing, tax experience, and financial consulting, including financial markets, in which he participated in auditing various commercial, industrial, and financial sectors, and held relevant positions in private sector companies and banks.
Yahya Ismail Munassar

Yahya holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Auditing, and many professional qualifications, including and a member of the Yemeni Association of Certified Public Accountants (YACPA). He is also a member of the Arab Federation of Accountants, Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCPA) and currently perusing his advanced stage with ACCA.
With more than 20 plus years of experience in accounting, auditing, Compliance and financial Planning & Reporting, Yahya started his career early working with national audit firms & offices. After that, he worked with various national & multinational companies such as (Canadian Nexen Petroleum Yemen, Canadian Nexen East Alhajr and Masila Petroleum Exploration & Production Co, Jalab Bros Industrial Co). He held senior accounting & auditing positions such as (Audit & Treasury Supervisor, Budget & Reporting Supervisor & Accounts manager etc.)
